Today I took my pony to the mountains with my friends Gea and Cleo for an outdoor workout. As soon as we find a clearing we start: we start with a slow lap to gain confidence, but we do one each to warm him up properly. For the occasion we are dressed completely as jockeys, complete with hat, boots with spurs and whip. After the warm-up I get back on the saddle and this time the bridle is pulled and off we go at a gallop! My friends do the same and we begin to see the first signs of fatigue but there is still one last exercise: I throw the whip and then we gallop to go and get it. Now our pony really can't take it anymore so we end the session and set off into the woods.

Oggi ho portato il mio pony in montagna con le mie amiche Gea e Cleo per un allenamento all'aria aperta. Appena troviamo una radura iniziamo: si parte con un giro lento per prendere confidenza, ma ne facciamo uno a testa per scaldarlo per bene. Per l'occasione siamo vestite completamente da fantine, con tanto di cappellino stivali con speroni e frustino. Dopo il riscaldamento salgo di nuovo in sella e stavolta briglie tirate e si parte al galoppo! Le mie amiche fanno altrettanto e iniziamo a vedere i primi segni di fatica ma c'è ancora un ultimo esercizio: lancio il frustino e poi si galoppa per andare a riprenderlo. Ora il nostro cavallino non ne può davvero più e allora terminiamo la sessione e ci incamminiamo nei boschi.

Today I have to train a slave from far away to resist whipping and I will do it with the help of my friend Cleo and two nine-tails whips. The slave is ready, naked and tied with arms and legs wide: he offers us his back which we immediately start hitting relentlessly. He is resisting well and so we increase the speed and intensity until we push him to the limit but in the end he will thank us for it.

Oggi devo addestrare uno schiavo venuto da lontano a resistere alle frustate e lo farò con l’aiuto della mia amica Cleo e di due fruste a nove code. Lo schiavo è pronto, nudo e legato con braccia e gambe larghe: ci offre la schiena che iniziamo subito a colpire senza sosta. Sta resistendo bene e quindi aumentiamo la velocità e l'intensità fino a portarlo al limite ma alla fine ci ringrazierà per questo.

I chose fuchsia and my friend Dula chose red: today we wanted to try a very colorful look, similar but which could distinguish us as two... different twins! And speaking of colours, our pale slave lying on the floor is about to change color too: we will trample him and crush him with our heels until we leave deep marks on him and make him turn first red and then purple. We also go up at the same time and in the end without heels we manage to crush his head too until his face is deformed.

Io ho scelto il fucsia e la mia amica Dula il rosso: oggi volevamo provare un look molto colorato, simile ma che ci potesse distinguere come due… gemelle diverse! E parlando di colori il nostro pallido schiavo steso al pavimento sta per cambiare colore a sua volta: lo calpesteremo e schiacceremo con i nostri tacchi fino a lasciargli profondi segni e farlo diventare prima rosso e poi viola. Saliamo anche contemporaneamente e alla fine senza tacchi riusciamo a schiacciargli anche la testa fino a deformargli la faccia.

I'm enjoying this beautiful day relaxing and sitting in the park, only one detail ruins my mood: the walk in the damp grass has completely dirty my favorite boots. Luckily I brought my little puppy with me for his hour of exercise and so I immediately call him to me to assign him the task that suits him best. He understands that my boots need to be cleaned and polished and, remaining on his knees, he begins to use his tongue as only he can do. The filthy soles immediately blacken his tongue, it's disgusting but he doesn't mind and in the meantime I organize the evening by sending messages to my friends.

Mi sto godendo questa bella giornata rilassandomi seduta al parco, solo un dettaglio rovina il mio umore: la camminata nel prato umido ha completamente sporcato i miei stivali preferiti. Per fortuna ho portato il mio cagnolino con me per la sua ora d'aria e allora lo chiamo subito a me per assegnargli il compito che gli viene meglio.
